10.00h          Results HOPE congress Munich 2010: Information about several initiatives following the 7th HOPE congress:
                   e.g. launching an international Master programme for hospital teachers, establishing a legal requirement for
                   adequate rooms for schools in hospitals, etc.

                        What happens when parents get organized and want to improve education to sick children? Floor
                        Kaspers shares her experiences as a lobbyist on behalf of sick children and their parents.
                   Speaker: Drs. Floor Kaspers

Afternoon programme:

14.00h          The Dutch art of changing times, challenge and possibilities for hospital teachers.
                   Speaker: Prof. dr. Harry van de Wiel

15.00h          Workshops: Dealing in a creative way with changes; influencing by means of your role and position.
                   How do you use your role and position to take advantage of changes ..

                   The participants were divided into such groups that as many nationalities as possible are represented.
                   
                   Workshops are led by Consultants Education Sick Pupils trained by Nelly Hazen.;

Per workshop a maximum of 12 participants.

Contents of the workshop:

•        Physical activity aimed at dealing with changes.
•        Theory on circles of involvement and influence.
•        Exchanging experiences
          o        What are the consequences of changes on yourself and on those from whom you want changes ( and of who
                   you are dependent to establish changes for sick pupils )
          o        What you just heard, what does it mean for you? Give an example. What does it demand from you and your
                   team? (skills)
          o        What creativity did you use (in your role and position) to establish changes?  (role and position)
