Dear members of HOPE,
You are herewith all officially invited to participate at the 9th General Assembly of HOPE.
It will take place on Friday, 12th October 2012, from 10.00 – 12.00 a.m., at Hotel CASA 400, Eerste Ringdijkstraat 4, 1097 BC Amsterdam, The Netherlands (first call 9.45).
In order to save time and to allow you to take an active part in the discussions we made a special edition of our Newsletter. It includes all necessary documents. All participants are requested to read it carefully and bring it to the General Assembly. Each proposal for suggested change of the agenda must be given in writing to the President and the secretary no later than fifteen days before the General Assembly.
